Sarkis's Corvette Page

Welcome!
I am a longtime Corvette enthusiast that does all of his
own mechanical and electrical work. I also did the fiberglass
work on the 1961.

Please enjoy!!

The 1969 Corvette
I bought this '69 Corvette in 1976 and have driven it 120,000 miles. It has been repainted twice in its time with me. It is a 4 speed with a heavily
modified 355 small block. The engine features Brodix-8 Pro aluminum heads (2.055 intakes), 10.67:1 compression ratio,JE short skirt lightweight
forged pistons, Chevy forged crank, 4340 AQ 6" rods, 294S Competition Cams bumpstick, 1.6 ratio aluminum intake rockers, 1.5 ratio aluminum
exhaust rockers, modified Edelbrock Victor Jr Intake (Milled to provide hood clearance and hand blended with the CNC porting), 750 Holley
Double Pumper with milled choke horn, aluminum water pump, alumimum pulleys, high pressure-high volume oil pump. It is rev limited at
7000 RPM.

This car was G-tech tested at 320 HP to the pavement. A modified 2002 Corvette tested 274 HP under the same test conditions, and a modified
DOHC King of the Hill Corvette tested at 313 HP.

The 1961 Corvette
This car started its life with me as a stripped hulk. I did all the work except the final coat of paint.

This car features a 215 aluminum Buick V8 similar to those recently used in Land Rovers and the TR8. It features 11:1 compression ratio,
Kenne Bell Cam, Kenne Bell Rocker, and a 450 CFM Holley. It has a T5 transmission from an '83 Z28 Camaro. This car had been driven
32,000 miles since its restoration.
